Kassi is an ISSA certified personal trainer. She grew up playing softball, and basketball and went to Shawnee Community College where she continued her softball and education. Now a wife and mother of three girls. With each pregnancy she gained a lot of weight but worked hard to get it off using Beachbody programs and running. After my third girl Kassi developed a serious love for weights. Now seeing my girls grow and develop into amazing athletes I see how important it is for them to be properly trained. Proper use of dumbbells and agility training is not utilized enough in their generation. My goal is to help our youth athletes be the very best, fastest, and strongest around.
